How to Use a Caching Service to Publish Your Stuff to Your Own Relay

Caching services will work with a list of relays. A special case of a caching service is one that attempts to connect to all of the publicly accessible relays. For some highly specialized applications, you can set the set of relays that you're interested in. So rather than blasting all the nodes to all the relays, we are actually reading all the nodes that are published to a number of different relays and having them highly available for querying.
