The difference between organic and standard, in terms of the premium prices, has actually narrowed. Organic food is often more expensive because itis produced by different means. The support system still there though, isn't it? I suppose they just need to re define a bit more of what they're actually doing. And finally, you've probably heard of plough sunday, the traditional english celebration which sees ploughshares brought into church and blessed to mark the beginning of the ag cutural year.
