The Negative Bias in Criticism

People with high self-esteem have been shown to be better able to accept criticism without it damaging their self-image. They can take on board constructive feedback, make changes where necessary, but still maintain a positive sense of self-worth. And self-compassion also plays a significant role in how we handle criticism.
