i think an elevator pitch can be, can be useful. You're not trying to sell anybody anything at that point. And you're just trying to describe what you do in a way that somebody can either gooh, that's really interestting and move on if they're not really interested or give them enough so it gives them something to come back on. But i've the times i've felt self conscious about speaking about my work is when i'm not sure about what i'm saying. I've come up with something to say, for something to say.
