The Product Management Podcast

Lars: This podcast is essentially a long running MVP. It's about, hey, can we build and package up a product? Can we somewhat consistently ship it? And how do we not spend too much time perfecting. To the point where it never ships, right? Like we want to be getting stuff out there. Lars: For me, I really like to polish something and, and feel like I've delivered something of really high quality. But I do not have the time inclination or patience to spend all my time polishing something. Some side projects end up trapped and lost in that sort of vein.
