The Product Mindset of a Successful Platform Team

The key to a successful platform engineering team is the ability of listening and being able to put together this different golden paths for different types of users. If you, you know, build a platform that is very UI-heavy and completely abstracts all the way from them, they'll have no context and they'll push back on your platform initiatives. That platform initiative will probably fail. And so it's really important in order to make sure that your platform initiative is successful is to make sure everybody makes sure that everybody understands, hey,you know, this is not an utter infrastructure as a routine. This is a product team.
