The SEC's Approach to Crypto Regulation

Lee: The grayscale lawsuit against the SEC has made things a little difficult for the SEC in that if you think about this, the SEC is basically doing everything they can to defend the fact that they allowed CME traded Bitcoin futures ETFs. So my opinion is I think they're in a bit of a difficult spot here and I think these EtherETFs might actually be approved. Lee: There's a lot to watch. We are positively optimistic, if you will. But the shape out and what happens afterward, even post positive ruling, if that happens, could anyone gain?
