The SEC's Going After Stable Coins

The SEC is going after stable coins and that you know what we knew in this space as this barometer for measuring whether something is a security or not the how we test doesn't really apply. I think it made more sense that the SEC would view us as a security but what's I think surprised most people now is that the SEC is going to go after stable coins. It seems like Gary is ahead of the SEC is pulling no punches at this point and we'll have to hang on.
