The Delta Death Blow to Logicism
Kurt Gettle, the great point of the central magician, came along and showed a number of two famous theorems in completeness theorems that kind of destroy the logistice project. One of them tells us that basically there are things that are true in mathematics that cannot be proved. And secondly, he showed that puzzles you have as to what it means to have something true in mathematics apply just as much to the question of what follows from what. If mathematics is similarly made up, it's very strange why it turns out to be used.
