The Pros and Cons of Liquid Multi-Extract
Pilsner liquid multi-extract is produced from the manufacturer. They use that evaporative process. And then, DME, I was a little bit more hazy on this since you've had conversations with Breece. But my understanding is, essentially, what they do is, spin it super fast and suck all the rest of the moisture out. That creates the crystalline powdery dry DME, dry malt extract substance.
