How to Stop Worrying About Your Inbox
It's in a sense, the phrase that's occurring to me is the hacks that actually work. There are some great tools out there, but they're not going to get at the underlying anxiety that's driving the behavior. This is what got me so interested in working with anxiety because, okay, great, we can get five times the quit rate for smoking cessation. I thought that was tough. Then we started working with emotional eating, 40% reduction in craving related eating. Okay, that's good. Let's tackle anxiety.
