The Importance of Keeping a Prototype in Mind

I got some pushback on something that I said during this podcast where I think it was exactly this about making a distinction between your prototype and your finished product. One of the ways to guard against this is to make it very obvious, just like you said, that this is in no way a finished product. This is very clearly just a prototype. Close pins and wires, right? But nonetheless, this is if you like, this is just a communication technique.
