There are different archetypes of entrepreneurs. There are product-driven entrepreneurs and there are promotion-driven entrepreneurs. The best ones can do both but most tend to have a leaning one way or the other. Most companies at that size, they don't have consolidated metrics. And so it's a data problem. It's a people problem.
