80% of respondents agree that they have experienced discrimination in jewish settings. These are also the places where we cultivate leaders in the community, both inside and out. And what this is telling us is that in all these spaces across the communal ecosystem where resources are being invested,. The result is 80 % of those in these committe spaces, whos self identifid use of color, experiencing racism.
