I waited over two years to buy this building because they first and wanted 90,000. I ended up getting it for 20,000. But part of my hold up of actually purchasing it was that I didn't know what to put into it. It was such a small town. Like what would people need in there? Could I fill both units? And I just loved it so much. The absolute fastest deal, fastest deal I've ever been able to do lease deal that was like, it was the perfect place. So yes, your broker will continue to do all of your leasing if you want them to.
