Baraco bama attempted to reorient the war on terror into something more like a war on alcida, but then quickly found that it was exceptionally convenient to include not only alcide in that appropriate designated targeting list. The point that i'm driving at is that this central authority, the two thousand one au m f, is a recipe not only for a truly forever, forever war, but as well, from the start, has the effect, by design, of transforming the relationship between the presidency and the citizenry. This is not a war coming home. This is the war that's been home.
