The Importance of Sleeping Well

If you sleep 8 to 10 hours, it doesn't mean that you're getting registered to native mind sleep. The true key to knowing whether you're sleeping well or not is assessing how do you feel when you wake up. We try to block blue light in the same way all day but we're not experiencing the dynamic aspect of the light moving.
