The Challenges of Job Postings

Companies need to think about while these traits are less tangible than some of the qualifications or certifications that they're looking for related to the industry. And if you don't fully articulate what it is that the job entails and what you need to be successful in it, then you're naturally going to end up with someone in that role that's not going to fit. I'm very much a proponent of being very clear and upfront about incorporating soft skills as a part of the job posting.
