The Rise of Private Equity and Private Real Estate

I've got a team of about 20 due diligence and research analysts. They are constantly working with our user base to introduce new ideas, soliciting feedback,. publishing lots of research around different client segments. And that all informs ultimately the managers that will originate and put on to our platform. The private credit and the private real estate segments are the ones that grew the fastest. It wasn't private equity. Private equity is the next category that's going to have the most growth.
