Donna Brazile: I think that one of the things the battles we have to fight is a narrow definition of who a worker is based on a white male breadwinner ideal. She says it's partially an ideological battle because part of the expression of white supremacy is the notion that white work matters more, white workers matter more. So trying to figure out how to build bonds of solidarity between other service workers and the university.
