One Medical charges three times more than what other doctors charge. The business is very lucrative in the San Francisco Bay Area, but they can't replicate it outside of that area. They don't disclose their regional margins or cleanse them, which should tell you that it's probably very good because some places help a lot with healthcare costs. Their problems tend to be not margins because if you took their San Francisco problem and put it elsewhere, like New York for example, there wouldn't be as much money being made.
