The Future of BNS Registration

There's a little bit confusion on how this layer one layer two interaction is working right now. Basically BNS names when you write to layer one, you're only writing this zone file. The actual registration itself is still going to happen on layer two. And as for like, how do you determine which one is the first, the indexer, which runs on top of whichever platform it is will determine that.
