How to Bring Non Judgment to Sexuality

When it comes to sex, that feeling state can feel so vulnerable. Why? Because we have so many preconceived ideas. We have an idea of what success or failure looks like. This comes with us into our sexuality all the time. And i want to name here that a lot of those preconceived notions are not ours; they're external shods and scripts put on us because we don't have safe arenas to explore sexuality.
