How to Pace Yourself for Long Loops

This year they're only counting full loops. So that does change the strategy a little bit. I'd be happy with 10 loops. That would be my stretch goal. And will you let the competition dictate like how hard you're going? Like are you trying to beat people? You can't do 38 miles, but it's somewhere between 31 and 35 miles. This is right where you're kind of competitive towards the front. If I run a little bit sub 10 then that'll give me a chance to stop at eight stations every once in a while.
