Henry Berxton was a French philosopher and he wrote about this in his thesis when he penned, we invariably prefer indecision over committing ourselves to a single path. Oliver Berkman says the joy of missing out is worth making the decision. When you follow Jesus, you get to miss out on a lot of things. Like proving yourself worth in your work, finding your identity in other people, and trying to fix your sin problem on your own.
