What Is Going on in the Black Market?

In places like white mail, life expectancy has declined a little bit over the last several years. And you look at some athys places, and you're lifeweet. We got 70 thousand people a year dying these things. There are orphanages all over the country that are just full of kids that nobody can care for or anything like that. In this environment, the black market becomes the only economy that really exists at all. This was a big thing I don't know how much still goes on, but it tells us something about the state of our society.
