strength conditioning is very applied by mechanics. I generally think of like, what are the muscles that we're trying to train doing? And then we would select our exercises based upon including those actions. It's a matter of equipment availability, personal preference, weak points, individual injury history and mind muscle connection or differences in biomechanics between individuals. You know, there's not every single category filled for every single lifter. There's a lot of betas to be made on whether a vertical press is required for hypertrophy. But it's pretty good when you can do something like that when you can."
