The 11th Circuit's Order to Dismiss a Special Master

The opinion we were waiting for from the 11th Circuit has now come in. It is a percureum that is unsigned and effectively ends the case just as we predicted. So hopefully Judge Derry got paid. He goes home and remands the case back down to Judge Cannon with instructions to dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction. But I guess that's going to have to wait for our Monday episode. If only we had more episodes on which to do. There's more.
