The Cost of Plant-Based Burgers

The only compelling part of it to me is the cost, but I don't know who this is for. It's still going to be a weird, franken food, right? They're still going to have a whole bunch of processed plant products in it and then a little bit of like weird animal products. If suddenly it does actually taste identical to a non-discriminating palate, a person who just burger eat it or not a gourmand,. But someone who's my first. Gourmand if it tastes the same.
