What You Need to Know About a Timed Auction
We can't legally start an auction without a reserve. We need that minimum price at which the vendor will accept and sell the property. The other thing we need is registered bidders. So bidders need to be registered in New South Wales, for instance. Being a digital platform, it is the only way in which we can let bidders into the timed auction. Our platform can help with that as well.
