The Basics of Sleep

I try to give myself in our range and no more. Although sometimes that can be difficult, especially after i've gone through a period where i'm now in introvert exhaustion. Yes, i'm very thankful that i sleep well, because i will itthe getting up at the same time every day. And then, yes, cut out screens an hour before bedtime and have a routine. I we say those are the basics. Of course, there are tones of other interfering things that happen to keep people from sleeping,. But i want to set yo t if you want, just the corp rules, those would be them.
