What Kind of Antiquated Laws Are Creating a Debtor's Prison?
Nol jasper: A Minnesota woman left her children in foster care for 20 months. When they returned, she got a bill for 19 thousand 530 dollars and 7 cents and seven cents. She says this is because of an antiquated law that charges parents for the cost of child care. Nol Jasper: This seems utterly cruel and inhuman. I just think this is just unconscionable.
