In Silicon Valley, we do this all the time. The point is that aptitude is a very, you know, non-descript thing. What it really means is what are you and innately good at? You know, what are you sort of better at naturally than the next person? What is that? And assessing aptitude is really important because I can give you experience, but I can't give you aptitude.You come with aptitude. It is what it is. So I have to assess that very, very well.
