The Effects of Breakfast Consumption on a Morning Workout
Nahruden: There is a difference between not having eaten for ten hours and having a meal and then training, versus going ate breakfast thand i ate at lunch. And they observed a significant effect where they performed more volume on the squat and bench press in that study when they had breakfast. Now, you know, depending on how you look at that la gip, you need to, if you had a overnight fast, you should eat something or it'll negably affect your performance.
