Main says, if you don't live near a public school, but still want to dcate your kid, you have to send them away at five years old to the boarding school. Look, i just think in this case that's not true. A state need not subsidize private education. But once a state decides to do so, it cannot disqualify some private schools solely because they are religious. It looks like the state of maine does have to.
