The whole idea of crisis alpha it makes no sense whatsoever yeah i think it was invented by some people who don't really like cta's crisis alpha. In order to provide crisis alpha we'd have to trade some optimal systems would be really short term and get short that s&p really quickly shorter term trend at least that i know about it's doesn't work very well.
