How to Use Text Chat in Face-to-Face Meetings

I think there's potential for those who are more introverted, a bit more shy to speak up. So it may well build confidence within them that their voice is being heard without it actually being their voice. I've seen also meetings where you end up with a completely different conversation going on in the text chat as opposed to the main one. It will just depend on what the circumstances are, but there are some really great tools there that we can use. And then if you're running a meeting, so it's more of a group discussion as opposed to a workshop, again, it will depend on who the group is and what you feel is most appropriate.
