Do We Have Positive Feedback Loops?

The putative effect of carbon dioxide warming is something like two watts per meter. Nothing of the order of magnitude that's associated, say, with glaciation or the lack thereof. And also not an amount that'll produce positive feedback loops. The question is, do we have positive feedback loops? And I don't think so. Not really serious ones. They're assumed in order to get a big bang out of the CO2.
