Rungshah: My metric for success is happiness. If I'm happy every day, I've won. And being unhappy in a dead end job in a rat race is more risky than not taking action. Most people don't calculate for risk because they think it's just a guarantee. Rungshah says if you 100% leverage stuff, your odds of losing it are a lot higher than people like his portfolio that's closer to 60%.
