The Foolishness of the Weekend
There's never really any rhyme or reason to it. Nobody actually understands how it's calculated, how it's assessed. There's a good reason why nobody seems to know and it's because the government doesn't want you to know. Bloomberg said that poor people should pay higher taxes. He runs a foul of the typical leftist line that taxation should be progressive. That is the rich should pay far more than the poor.
