Getting to a product market fit is something that actually doesn't really just happen just the once in a company's lifetime. I think about similarities in, I'm going to call them lifestyle processes between countries. Taking the subway in New York is very different than taking it in London. You have to be very aware of your surroundings and ensure you're safe. The final thing to say is decentralize as much as you can, especially if you're international expoundance refugees across many countries.
