What's the Difference Between State-Side and Overseas?

We have a writer who's in the States for you know cleaning up the English and then we have a designer that specializes in packaging design and Marketing. But the rest of our team is overseas and for the most part those two are taking the lead from those team that that team in China. The strategy here is guys Mary into the language of the country. They speak they speak fairly good English. So it's it's fine to an extent but Philippines they speak English.
