AWS used to make penetration testers alert them. If we were doing the type of penetration testing I've been talking about all night in a client environment, they don't require that anymore. You're allowed to penetration test your own stuff. And if it's in a way that you've misconfigured your stuff, then that's the client side. The research is pretty interesting as well and shared responsibilities worthwhile calling out from a database perspective because there's another layer to this with the whole.
