Facilitative Leaders - What Happened in Your Attention?

i was wondering, how did all of you experience that brief snippet of v t s? What happened in your thinking, in your attention? Did you notice things, maybe that you might not have noticed because of meg's comments. And i think those are very important parts of an experiencing flow and wonder and thinking together at work,. effectively at least. Leaders can create the conditions for this sort of attentive thinking, openness, engagement, even pleasure, to happen as we're working together.
