Are You a Design Manager or a Senior IC?

I'm excited for us to be able to make episodes in the future about being new to management and early days. It's going to be so fun, you know, to continue documenting our careers in this way. Do you think if you hadn't been offered a design manager role, you would have left? Like, would you have left and gone to be a senior IC somewhere else? So would you have taken the management role into Charlie? You're asking the great questions. This was also one of my existential questions, right? Because I knew that that was the next step I wanted to take.
