How to Apply LTAD Models to Long Term Athletes

Coaching literature is 100 plus years old, it's not a new field. All of those different things can be modules, can be courses on their own because they are so complex. That's what I want to do once I've got the obsidian onboarding course done. But how I do that, I have no idea. I haven't even tried to tackle it. Is it 2023?
