When i was still in my teens and part of the 19 sixties counter culture, it was sometimes taking psychodelic drugs in nature that once more opened up this dimension of who we are. The feelings of not being in a two parent family caused me a lot of anxiety and anguish. And that too, i think, opened me up to how do i deal with this? How do i incomdyou with these feelings tho everybody refuses to talk about, including my mother. But really it was the first retreats i did, where you consciously say, ok, for the next week, i'm just going to do these spiritual exercises. You start to get a field ora taste
