There's an exercise you can do with your feet called the big toe thumbs up. You should take your hand, slide it in between your toes and start making circular motions. It's going to feel bit painful at first, but over time, that should feel super comfortable. If if we weren't sticking our feet in shoes since we were kids, we'd be able to do stuff like this.
