Eigenlayer is an open-source software that can be used to build new layers on top of the Ethereum network. The company has just released a white paper detailing its plans for Eigenlayer and how it could revolutionize the way we interact with decentralized systems such as tokens, VMs or L2s. Shiraaz Khan: Can you give us some examples of what this all looks like if Eigenlayer was live from the get-go? She says there are still many bottlenecks which rollups have to inherit fromthereum. But by building better data availability protocols in modular ways, they can actually increase bandwidth massively.
