There is a line in the empty hearse where the guy that likes trains he calls them cars. It's left over from Americans early involvement in the tube system. America never comes up in this show and only in like very specific consistent ways. Do you think they'll film in America? I just have the feeling that they're going to go to America at some point or John is the Americas, it's going to be involved in some way.
